The head office of Winseed, for the global business, is located in New Zealand. This is backed by a fully owned and operated subsidiary located in India in Madhya Pradesh State. The seeds are distributed from their warehouses based in New Zealand and India.
Problem in Brief & Analysis
The client wanted Kaapro to set up an HR system, that would help them align New Zealand operations with their new subsidiary starting in Khandwa District, Madhya Pradesh.
